Poster Session: Call For Submissions
We are pleased to invite submissions for the poster session at the CARE2026 Half-Day Forum on "Scaling Nature‑based Solutions in Hong Kong – Research Needs and Stakeholder Perspectives," taking place on 10 October 2026 at HKUST.
This forum is designed as a participatory, outcome-oriented event to co-define priority research areas for advancing Nature-based Solutions (NbS) across Hong Kong. The programme features two thematic subsections: Climate Science & System Dynamics and Biodiversity, Nature-Based Solutions & Resilience, with invited presentations from leading scholars and stakeholders, followed by guided exchanges and consolidation of research gaps.
Accepted posters will be printed and displayed on poster boards during the forum. A designated poster session will be held during which authors are expected to be present at their posters to showcase their work, share preliminary findings, and engage in discussions with fellow participants working at the science-policy-practice interface.

Notes to Authors
Please note that this call is exclusively for poster presentations. All oral presentations and panel contributions are by invitation only. The poster session is designed to maximise visibility for emerging research and to foster networking and collaboration among all attendees.
At least one author of each accepted submission is expected to attend the conference and present the work in person. In the case of a documented visa issue or other attendance concerns, authors should notify the General Chair and TPC Co-Chairs as early as possible so that alternative presentation arrangements can be considered.
