Eddie has more than 28 years experience in construction and environmental field and specializes in sediment and land contamination assessment and remediation, carbon/energy management, renewable energy, resources and circularity projects. 

Eddie is the vice chairman of Environment Committee, Hong Kong Construction Association.  He is a member of the Sustainable Development Committee and Climate Change Framework for Built Environment Embodied Carbon Expert Group member of the Hong Kong Green Building Council. He is also appointed as an advisor of the Committee on Environment and Sustainability of the Construction Industry Council. 

Eddie graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  Eddie is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals.
