Mr. Eddie Tse

Eddie has more than 28 years experience in construction and environmental field and leads group-level strategies for nature and biodiversity, carbon management, climate resilience, and resource circularity practices. His technical track record includes managing contaminated soil/sediment remediation, asbestos removal, embodied carbon and clean energy adoption and directing ecological restoration measures, including transplantation of seagrass and bamboo, mangrove replanting, search and removal of exotic mangrove species, creation of freshwater pond as well as monitoring of sedimentation rate and feeding shorebirds. Eddie is recently involved in the establishment of Mai Po Lung Village Egretry Park and wildlife corridors of San Tin technopole Phase 1 development.

Eddie is the vice chairman of Environment Committee, Hong Kong Construction Association. He is a member of the Sustainable Development Committee and Climate Change Framework for Built Environment Embodied Carbon Expert Group member of the Hong Kong Green Building Council. He is also appointed as an advisor of the Committee on Environment and Sustainability of the Construction Industry Council.

Eddie graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Eddie is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals.
