Ir LAU is currently the Project Manager of the North Development Office of the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD), where she leads the planning and implementation of various multi-disciplinary site formation and infrastructure projects for the Northern Metropolis (NM). Her portfolio includes key projects such as the Kwu Tung North/ Fanling North New Development Area (NDA), San Tin Technopole, the establishment of Sam Po Shue Wetland Conversation Park, New Territories North New Town, etc. Prior to her current role, Ir LAU served as the Project Manager of the West Development Office of the CEDD, overseeing the delivery of other NM projects including Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen NDA, Yuen Long South NDA, the Loop Development project.
