Dr. Calvin Lee KWAN is an enterprise resilience executive with more than two decades of experience turning complexity into measurable commercial outcomes.

His career has taken him across operations, corporate development, strategy, the CEO Office, investor relations, sustainability and enterprise risk governance across Asia-Pacific. He has led work that delivered more than HKD125 million in recurring annual operating savings, translated physical climate-risk adaptation into an approximately 11.7% reduction in portfolio-wide insurance premiums while doubling aggregate flood cover, and led the sustainability structuring behind the first green bond issued by a property company in Asia.

Beyond his corporate work, Calvin has helped advance resilience practice through leadership with the Principles for Responsible Investment and UNEP Finance Initiative, cross-sector collaboration, and more than a decade of executive education.
