Adrian Li is Co-Chief Executive of The Bank of East Asia (“BEA”). He is responsible for overall management and control of the BEA Group with a particular focus on its Hong Kong business. Throughout his career, Adrian has been at the forefront of the banking industry in Hong Kong. He believes that innovation turns today’s challenges into tomorrow’s opportunities. As such, he is committed to the development of Fintech and green finance solutions to advance inclusivity and sustainability. In particular, Adrian has pursued a digital transformation of the bank’s business operations, prioritizing the use of technology to raise efficiency, improve service quality and thereby enhance the customer experience. Adrian holds a Master of Management Degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in the US, and a Master of Arts Degree and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge in Britain. He is a Member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance and has been conferred as an Honorary Certified Banker by The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
